She is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, licensed as a Coach, Trainer, Speaker and Facilitator, and Maxwell DISC Certified Behavioral Analysis Consultant. Her driving force lies in her strong aspiration to nurture personal and professional growth, both for self and others, as she actively engages in her journey while continuously cultivating her servant leadership.
Her career is defined by a resolute passion for the field of plant breeding, leadership centered around people, and a passion for Training, coaching and mentoring others.
Chibwe holds a PhD and MSc in Plant Breeding and Genetics and BSc in Agriculture. With over two decades of invaluable experience in the plant breeding industry, she has made significant contributions to global food security breeding and impactful collaborations. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is an active member of Toastmasters International, where she has assumed leadership roles at the Club, Area, and Division/District levels. This engagement has not only enriched her speaking and leadership skills but has also been a source of tremendous personal and professional growth and a catalyst for adding substantial value to others. A Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, licensed as a Coach, Trainer, Speaker, and facilitator, driven by a passion to enhance both personal and professional growth, for self and others. Since his early years, she has actively introduced and ingrained these values in Teza, fostering his growth with a dual emphasis on both immediate and lasting development.
